Changes:

• Leaderboard header now displays the current level name.
• Controller icon selection now represents keyboard controls with a 'keyboard' icon instead of 'WASD' icon.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed app platform not being set correctly when builds are made, resulting in many weird unpredictable bugs.
• Nuke is no longer mapped to space bar (it was conflicting with Grab).
• Nukes no longer spawn as power-ups if you are carrying the maximum number of nukes.
