An endless arcade shoot 'em up with a special twist...

You can only use ONE BUTTON to switch direction and shoot at the same time!

This simple rule forces you to think on your feet and time your shots carefully. One misplaced shot and you're space-toast.

Switch 'N' Shoot is small and simple... fast and challenging... and annoyingly addictive. Your run can be over in mere seconds, but you can instantly jump straight back in for another go. Work your way up the leaderboards, learn to Hyperdrive, and take the fight to the invading Incubators!

How many alien badbutts can you take out before you become stardust?

  • Save the world with just one button.
  • Fail instantly. Retry even instantly-er.
  • Portrait / TATE mode support.
  • Border illustration by Paul Duffield.
  • Palette swap options.
  • Silly random name generator.
  • Lifetime stat tracking.
  • Local leaderboard (online leaderboards and achievements available in Steam and Google Play versions).

This pack includes:

  • Standalone DRM-free versions for Windows, Mac and Linux.
  • Ad-free Android version.
  • Free Steam key.

  • Press any button to SHOOT.
  • Press any button to SWITCH direction.
  • (yes, they are both tied to the same any button...)

Reminds me of Super Crate Box. Same single-minded, addictive score chasing.

Overloading the single button makes the action feel super slippery and chaotic, same as in Flywrench.

And it's the same ridiculous value proposition as Downwell. I even love the cabinet graphics on the sides. So, like, play this.

I've been spending a bit too much time on this game... It's super addictive.

Here's an interview that I did with the developer:

Super fun and wonderfully designed space shooter. Highly recommended!
